12 - Unsubscribe Part III

Today, we will wrap up Rule #20 - Unsubscribe.  This one was such a big deal to me that I couldn't see glossing over it. We spend so much time being distracted by outside sources. While many may have value, we are only human. We will find a way to abuse them.  We quickly recap the previous two part and then dive into the topic at hand.
