12. What to do if you haven’t hit your goals this year

from The Business Of Her · host Laura Canham

Not every year is going to be your ‘biggest ever’.And I know this is hard truth, and can be a bitter pill to swallow but that’s what happens in business. You cannot be in a growth phase 24/7. Some years will be more about alignment, consolidation and refinement than the biggest income months.Because people’s primary business goal tends to be money related, we link our success to the amount of income we’ve generated that month or year. But what about all the other epic, non-financial related stuff you’ve done?In Freedom Empire, we specifically focus on lifestyle freedom and creative freedom, instead of just financial freedom because all three of these aspects are equally as important.I wanted to record this episode to share what’s been happening for me in business throughout this year and also let you know that you’re not alone if this hasn’t been your biggest year yet. I encourage you to think about all the other things you’ve accomplished, big and small, that don’t have anything to do with money, but all to do with your growth and happiness. In need of a pep talk, and wanting to put this whole biz-malarkey back into perspective? Make sure you tune in!I’d love to hear what you’re celebrating this year. Let me know in the DMs.Want support with growing your business in 2024? I’m here to support you every step of the way!
