12. What to do if you haven’t hit your goals this year

Not every year is going to be your ‘biggest ever’.And I know this is hard truth, and can be a bitter pill to swallow but that’s what happens in business. You cannot be in a growth phase 24/7. Some years will be more about alignment, consolidation and refinement than the biggest income months.Because people’s primary business goal tends to be money related, we link our success to the amount of income we’ve generated that month or year.
