12. Who We are in Motherhood

Welcome back to the kitchen table! This week Bethany is sharing more on what it truly means to walk with Christ as a grace filled warrior. Second Corinthians 2:14 says, “but thanks be to God in Christ who always leads us in triumphal procession. We are invited to triumphantly follow Jesus everyday in our motherhood. He is victorious and we can walk in this procession with him, and let him lead us to triumph. He leads this triumphal procession even in our motherhood. This week Bethany is reminding us the these simple truths: -God has already won the victory and now we can walk with him triumphantly -We have a new identity in Christ and our motherhood lies within that identity -We have been commissioned by God Not only has he commissioned us to be a warrior out in the world. But he has also commissioned you as a warrior of a mother for the children that he has set inside your home.
