12. Wilderness Wake-Up: The Pratt Brothers' Idaho Crime Spree

Welcome back to The Lethal Library with your hosts, Stephanie and Dani, as we go into a tale of crime in Northern Idaho during the 1980s! Picture this: home invasions, shootouts, and even a run-in with a genuine drug lord. Meet the Pratt brothers, James and Joseph, bumbling their way through a robbery turned chaotic hostage situation straight out of a low-budget horror movie. From demanding non-existent safes to awkwardly imitating Cuban accents (thanks, Scarface?), these guys were definitely trying to perform above their pay grade. Don’t miss the absurdity of this story as we recount one of Idaho’s most baffling crimes. Buckle up for sarcasm, dark humor, and a tale so messed up, you'll think we made it up.Contact The Lethal Library at [email protected]. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok!
