#120 Do You Ever Feel Out of Sorts? One Way to Find Grounding
from Finding Joy in the Hard · host Suzanne Andora Barron
Do you ever feel out of sorts? Perhaps you move from activity to activity or even room to room in your home and you can’t figure out how to settle. You’re exhausted and can barely move or maybe you’re jittery and can’t relax. Or maybe you’re somewhere in between. That was me the past two days. And no matter how many holistic practices I tried, or hours of Netflix I watched, I couldn’t get comfortable.Until I met myself where I was at…in the discomfort. If you’re thinking there is no way I’m going there. You’re not alone. In this episode, I share how to deepen the practice and start to notice if what you're even thinking is true.
