120: Flaming Question Marks

Hello and Welcome to episode 120 of the UNFILTERED: Life & Awakening podcast! In this episode we take on the topic of triggers, unsafety, fear, resistance, and perceptions of control, all to mitigate nervous system overwhelm. We start the conversation with an introduction of our most recent experience in the light of the bifurcation/choice point of self and see how this event led in and propagated in its experience. We discuss the fear we carry in the nebulous idea of the universe being a set of flaming question marks that we spend most of our lives mediating in the pretense of control. We discuss the net unsafety and fear, and how it looks like to recognize, let go of the narrative, and ultimately surrender into the universe as your companion on self instead of an enemy in being. We discuss personal belief systems that cause us to close ourselves from recognition, start to mistrust the world, and ultimately close ourselves off from any universal flow or integration.
