120 - Goal Setting 101

Today, we're deep-diving into goal-setting—how to prepare to set your goals, breaking down those goals, and keeping up with the bar you set. Goal-setting is a process that can be broken down, so let's get granular and make sure each quarter ends with a celebration. In this episode, you'll learn: Look at your last quarter's goals: what worked, what didn't? Then, repeat the process for your annual goals. Create a list of goals that did fit into the previous year/quarter. Once you have your list of goals, it's important to be realistic. Keep track of your goals and the pathway to them on a digital calendar like Google Calendar or on paper.
