120: Is getting divorced one of your New Year's resolutions or still struggling to let go?

from A Blessing in Divorce · host Elisabeth Joy

January sees an increase of approximately 30% in calls to divorce lawyers. Is it because people are making new year's resolutions to get divorced, or did they wait until after the holidays before making the move. Both are most likely true.  And while January is a month for resolutions, goals and intention setting - I would like to invite you to focus on something different this month - YOU.  What if instead of forced productivity and goal setting we attune with nature and allow ourselves to rest and sit in stillness. It is during this time we can become clear on what our goals are and what kind of life we want to call in and work towards. Just like the earth is currently sleeping and resting for spring growth, so can we.  And if you are already in the throws of divorce and needing to make all kinds of big decisions etc right now, then make sure to get the guidance, support and community you want and crave here in The Separation Club. I have opened up my calendar to three new one on one clients this month and the Rising Sisterhood group support membership is currently open for new members.
