120: Jan and Jeremy Strozer of the Good Enough Company

from Together 24/7 with Barry & Catherine Cohen · host Barry & Catherine Cohen

A little about our guests. Jan grew up with a complete lack of spice in life. Her childhood was spent in non-diverse towns in West Virginia and Ohio. She does have strong values instilled by her family and her Western Pennsylvania roots and Pittsburgh Steelers and chipped ham hold strongly in her core values. Spice came with Jeremy. With a foundation of stability, Jeremy brings a bit of unpredictability, new foods and flavors and an openness to new ways of living. Jeremy is a creative guy who loves to improvise, speak, teach, invent and play with Legos. A stint as a govy or government employee proved it wasn’t the career path for him. Jan and Jeremy have been married for 13 years and have a 5 years old son. They have been in business together 2 years. A little about their business. The Good Enough Empire is content creation and invention generation. Life is Comfy is their blog about 2 people with very different backgrounds coming together to live life, raise a son and create a business. The Empire also includes Jeremy’s works and books of Historical Flash Fiction. The Good Enough Empire works with designers and production manufacturers to produce inventions that make life easier and more comfy. One piece of advice (the nutshell version) Respect each other’s approaches to things. Both sides are needed for success.
