#120 Michael Brizendine - Haiti Earthquake Survivor to Tech CEO, Using Running to Find Himself

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Michael Brizendine. Chris originally met Michael running at Bellarmine University, where they both ran in college. He now meets up with the boys for runs in the mornings and after telling his story on a run one day, we knew we had to share this on the pod.Michael grew up in Haiti. You may remember the horrific 2010 earthquake that killed around 300,000 people. Michael has an amazing story of survival on that day that he tells on this episode. Despite losing his loved ones on that day, Michael ended up coming to the US and living an amazing life. He earned a D1 scholarship for cross-country and track and is now the CEO of a tech startup.
