120. The Color Monster: Dum Dudes, Deep Thoughts

Sometimes, the hardest thing we can do it be open and vulnerable with our emotions, even to people that we've known for decades. In today's episode, we break down why we think it's important to dig deeper when someone says "I'm doing fine" or "My day was okay", and of course, talk about how we love The Color Monster; have you read it yet? -- Everyone has thoughts pop into their heads in moments of clarity and creativity. They are usually fleeting and left unshared. Because we've found there is depth and value in moments and musings, we decided to intentionally capture and share some of ours with you. While we do not consider ourselves wise, we are intentionally seeking wisdom and growth from those we surround ourselves with and what we consume. With so much going on in our lives, we decided to capture some of the most impactful occurrences and thoughts that offered us the greatest opportunity to gain wisdom, to grow, and hopefully to become better.
