Believe it or not, but unresolved shame has a major affect on our parenting. Quite frankly, unresolved shame has a major affect on every facet of our lives.   Why is this? Why would shame affect us to the point that our parenting, our interactions with others, isn't quite what it could be?  When we have such a heavy weight of shame weighing us down on a daily basis, it takes a huge toll on our mental well-being.
