#121 Melissa Romo, The Human Resource (Part 2)

This week I have part two of my conversation with Melissa Romo, The Human Resource. Melissa is a veteran of global business, having held executive roles in Warsaw, Paris, London and New York for some of the world’s most recognized companies. Across her three decades in marketing and advertising, she has been recognized as a global advertising and marketing “40 Over 40”, “Inspirational Woman of the Year”, and “Inclusive Leader”. She has built and led high-performing teams in hybrid and fully remote settings long before the pandemic era. Melissa’s mission is to help other remote leaders like herself, and their organizations, unlock the keys to connection and culture no matter where people work. Melissa holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, where she relished her coursework in organizational behavior and leadership. Her clients and employers have included American Express, Grey Advertising, SAPConcur, Sage, and Procter & Gamble. When not on a global assignment, she calls Hoboken, New Jersey home.
