121: Mix Power! How To Use Your Mix Voice for Power Vocals

Are you ready to have some fun? Not until you have warmed up though!! I've included a quick 10 minute warm up on this session to prep you for accessing your mix voice for POWER VOCALS! This is so much fun when done correctly. You won't feel any stress or strain on your voice but you will be able to hit high notes with ease. If you do feel stress or strain, or any kind of tension or unpleasant sensations, please stop and check your form and approach. You can build power gradually. Remember the power comes from your air, not pushing from your throat. Have fun exploring how much power you can create using your vocal mix, and remember, it may take time to develop the power the higher you go, but be patience, allow for flexibility and don't be afraid to sound bad!
