Relief comes from facing the things I want to run from. the Ego will always want some type of relief that doesn't include it being faced. Pacification relief or true relief. The forever chase. Process oriented growth. Forever bondage. Needing others to meet your needs. Growing up without a father. No faith and no foundation. The internal mechanisms that drive us. Looking for a painting. Creating self-approval. Letting uncertainty become okay. Loving on our past self.
