121. Todd Loewen - Man of Principle

Todd is running for the UCP leadership with a fresh and hopeful vision for Albertans. Born and raised in rural Alberta, Todd grew up in a farming family, which ultimately led him to owning a farm. He is currently a beekeeper. Todd started a family outfitting business that still runs to this day.    Todd was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Grande Prairie-Smoky, on May 5, 2015. He was re-elected as the Member representing Central Peace-Notley on April 16, 2019. Todd is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Families and Communities and has previously served as deputy chair of the Standing Committee on Resource Stewardship. Todd was also Caucus Chair for the UCP caucus for 2 years from 2019-21.
