#124: Tenet

John David Washington tries to bring an end to a war being waged on those in the present by people in the future in Christopher Nolan's TENET. In recommendations, Mark Pfeiffer selects Palestinian filmmaker Elia Suleiman's four features (CHRONICLE OF A DISAPPEARANCE, DIVINE INTERVENTION, THE TIME THAT REMAINS, and IT MUST BE HEAVEN) and Columbus, Indiana's architecture and tours, as seen in Kogonada's drama COLUMBUS. Paul Markoff picks director Michael Showalter's romantic comedy THE BIG SICK starring and co-written by Kumail Nanjiani. Send your comments, questions, and feedback to [email protected].
