124: What Can You Tell Me About Your Audience?

If I were to ask you, who’s your audience, how would you answer? The people who share the stories of their audience, past customers, current customers like they are relatives or old friends? This is the one system I'm focusing on because typically I'm great at listening, watching, learning who people are and connecting with them...but truth is I'm not doing as much as could with the information.
