As Danny P proclaims, Adam might be the fastest guy training in STL right now with PRs of 1:03 in the half and 2:17 in the marathon.Adam is only 25 and made massive fitness gains the last few years after finishing his collegiate career at St. Louis University. We had heard of this before but didn’t really know what it entailed besides high volume.Adam broke down the 4 stages of the 18 week marathon build following the Lydiard method and also the other keys to his recent success.
