Podcaster Brian Kight discovered discipline – and it changed his life forever.

Waking up at 4 am. 12-hour workdays. Daily gym routines. These are the things that many associate with discipline – but should we?

Discipline affects every facet of our lives, from our meal plans to our dental hygiene, from workout routines to when we wake up. Changing these things can seem like a monumental task (ever had a New Year’s Resolution?).

Brian Kight felt the same way after college. A successful college athlete, he decided to use the discipline skills he learned and apply them to his life, which changed everything! He now hosts the podcast Daily Discipline and publishes a daily newsletter coaching us on how to develop discipline.

Brian joined us today to explore his journey with discipline, how it didn’t come naturally, and the magic of E + R = O.
