125. New Year 2023

Welcome to 2023!!    The Millenium feels like only a moment has passed.  Are you a goal-setter? Do you set new year's resolutions?     It is that time of the year again, and the girls take a moment to reflect on this episode.    Anna is starting a new chapter and it's wide open. Exciting and scary all at the same time.    Sara moved in with a boy, and she too has some adjustments to make, stepping out of cinderella and into a partnership.    Is now the time to face up to your relationship patterns? Maybe check out your attachment style. We are always in a state of change, this may be major or minor it still needs some work, commitment and soul-searching.    Try the cathartic exercise of writing whatever comes to mind, with no judgement, no perfectionism.
