1257-AI-Driven Nanoplatforms for Targeted Ovarian Cancer

Recent research focuses on overcoming the high mortality and treatment resistance of ovarian cancer by targeting its immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Scientists are utilizing single-cell and spatial omics technologies to map the precise location of "exclusion structures" where immune cells like Tregs and TAMs congregate in hypoxic regions to block therapy. These detailed spatial atlases guide the development of biomimetic nanoplatforms, such as cell membrane-coated carriers, which can bypass immune clearance to deliver drugs directly to these core areas. To improve precision, an artificial intelligence-assisted closed-loop framework integrates multi-omics data to predict optimal delivery pathways and provide real-time therapeutic feedback. While these intelligent delivery systems show great potential for individualized immunotherapy, challenges remain regarding the standardization and clinical translation of spatial data.
