#126: Are Indecision, Confusion, and Self-Doubt All Linked?

Imagine that you're needing to make a decision, so you're researching, taking notes, and the more you try to decide the harder it seems to get.  Now you've got even more options to choose from, you're confused, and what's worse, self-doubt is welling up stronger than ever.  You're questioning whether you can do it, whether it's possible, and asking painful questions like, "what if I make the wrong decision?" leaving you lost, exhausted, and at a loss of what to do.  So you set it aside, put off making a decision and feel a bit of relief.  What just happened? You stayed in indecision, and as a result doubted yourself, second guessed yourself, gathered so much conflicting information that you got more confused.  And then the moment you *decided* to not decide, you felt a bit better.  Today I'm sharing what happens when we stay in indecision and how it breeds self-doubt and confusion, why we tend to stay there too long, and what powerful things can happen when you get better at deciding!  I'm talking about how when you start owning your ability to decide, inspiration, focus, determination, and ease can follow!  So hit pause on your indecision for a moment, and take a listen.
