As a spiritual guide, she offers programs in decolonial wellness, spiritual principle, embodiment, meditation, and prayer. Elizabeth has been on her own journey to heal gender/racial traumas, old church wounds, and ancestral grief. She teaches from the experiential insights of this journey and the wisdom of her visionary teachers.
