In this episode, I try to reassure you that its all gonna work out just fine...and it is... That doesn’t mean there wont be challenges, snags, setbacks & hazards! Thats the nature of life, a mixture of good, bad & indifferent. Acceptance of this fact can really help to engender a sense of peace, ease & balance, which in turn can help us feel confident that it will be ok & i can actually enjoy life, risk love, explore vulnerability as a strength & be curious about more creative ways of being..
