# 126 I Quit

Yep - I DID IT! l Quit Coffee. After 2 years of a whisper & finding allllll the excuses. I finally did it. Entering into the New Year many of you are using this time to goal set, Prepare your schedules and make 2023 your "best year yet" Educating, empowering & inspiring yourselves & your Communities by adding in healthy habits for your physique, finances, relationships, business I get it ... I used to do it too! and to be honest - I'm also OVER IT! The constant DRIVE for more more more, better better better, bigger bigger bigger... The obsession with education, empowerment, and busting limiting beliefs ..... sometimes it just gets to a point where you gotta let things go instead of adding stuff and the subtle small changes & slowing down enough to hear YOUR WHISPER & clearing the space to devote & trust YOURSELF .... MORE than the next book, course, coach or container. So with that said - I not only QUIT coffee. I quit coaching and that creates ALOT of space & clarity. This is the 1st time in my life since I can remember I have NO COACH and the 1st time in 20+ years I haven't had coffee. And .... I clearly .... have all to share on this topic. So ... let's dive in!
