I caught up with Kelly Kraus two weeks into her retirement and we talked about some of the great brands she's worked with over her career, her plans to stay active and connected to the Outdoor Biz and more. And then we did some camping when I was young with my family and one of our family activities was to go out to the Washington coast. If you're familiar with that, it's big flat sandy beaches and we would go clamming for razor clams and we would camp out. It was just one of those things when your wet, miserable and having the best time of your life. I mean it's awesome. It's really building your community and people and learning from others. And along with that finding mentors and really pursuing that relationship and utilizing it. It's up to the mentee to do that. Right. And I think people are shy about that. I mean all leaders want to give back and they're proud and they're honored to mentor someone. So I think people just need to be bold about asking for that and then they need to create that agenda and keep it going. Right. Whether it's a monthly, quarterly conversation or whatever it is, I think that's huge. And I just so believe in professional development, like any class, seminar online, anything you can do to fine tune and work on your leadership skills and learn as much as you can learn at once.
