126: Love, Kindness, and Hope - Heart Chakra Values Part One

Welcome to the fourth in the series on Chakra Values! These are like filters for our lives, helping us know when we're moving closer to our highest self, and when we're not - and if that's the case, being consciously aware of our choices. Knowing this helps us live in alignment with ourselves, which is where peace, happiness, and contentment come from.  Finding just three values that live in the Heart Chakra proved too difficult, so I've split this one up into two parts. This week we'll talk about love (boundless, limitless, and unconditional), kindness (not to be confused with being nice), and hope (the complicated balance between wishing for things to change and being present in the moment). Living in our Heart Chakra space is, in my opinion, one of the most important skills we can develop, so let's get to work seeing if any of these values resonate deeply with you!
