126| My Word For 2022

Have you thought of a word for 2022? Do you set a word for the year or do you live by a phrase? What works for you? It can be overwhelming for when there is such a focus on goals in the New Year if you aren't quite ready to be setting them. I always recommend doing what is best for you, so if setting goals feels good- do that.
