Based on the "7 M" approach to creating Veterinary Behaviour Treatment Plans, this template covers all the bases, ensures you don't overwhelm caregivers with too much information while still providing a comprehensive treatment strategy. I love resources like this one and I wish I had had it sooner, for example during my residency when I was often seeing 3 initial consultations per day and was sometimes overwhelmed with all the information to remember and digest!
