127. Take Control

Last week, I gave you a badass 4-hour conversation with my boy, Timmy. This week, I keep it short with a solo, however this episode is important. Once again, I come back to the mind and how crucial it is to take control of your thoughts and to eliminate the victim mindset. This episode stemmed from some instances that occurred in which people took their negative circumstances, cried victim, and made their situations worse. I obviously do not share details as they are not my stories to tell, but the theme remains. We are in control of our lives and must always act accordingly.
