128: Allow Yourself to LET GO & CHANGE! (Plus, a big life update!)

Today's episode is all about LETTING GO of the things that do not serve us anymore... yes, even if they make sense on paper, even if they make us comfortable, even if it's scary. Letting go when something, no matter what it is, when it's not aligned is such an incredibly freeing experience. In this episode I share something HUGE that I just recently let go of because it felt like the aligned thing for me/my family to do. At the end of the day, letting go IS hard, but... it's up to us to choose the kind of hard we want in life. Rooting for you, always! <3
