DOCS presenteert de beste inzendingen van de audiowedstrijd Korte Golf. Deelnemers met of zonder podcast-ervaring stuurden een audioverhaal van maximaal drie minuten in. Dat kon fictie zijn, documentair, of iets daartussenin. De verhalen moesten wel aan enkele eisen voldoen. Zo moest er een ontmoeting tussen tegenpolen in voorkomen, moest er een geluid zijn gebruikt van ‘iets dat communiceert’ uit het archief van Beeld & Geluid én diende de titel iets te bevatten wat je ziet als je omhoog kijkt. Uit ruim vijftig inzendingen koos de jury een top 5. Zijnde: Haar blauwe planeet, van Naomi Landman, De alien, van Hanna Volbeda, Regen voor Maïmouna, van Amalia de Roover, Love is in the air, van Anke Wagemans en Twee meeuwen, gemaakt door Peggy Roelands. De prijswinnaar van Korte Golf wordt bekendgemaakt tijdens het Oorzaken Internationaal Podcastfestival op zaterdagmiddag 3 juni, in Vlaams Cultuurhuis de Brakke Grond in Amsterdam: https://oorzaken.org/festival/ Korte Golf wordt georganiseerd door Oorzaken, in samenwerking met deBuren, Beeld & Geluid, en DOCS (VPRO).
