Overview – The Parable Of The Two Sons. Matthew 21:28-32. In our message today we looked at the Jesus’ continued comments to the religious leaders about their question to Him of “By what authority are you doing these things?”, and the answer they gave Him about where John the Baptist’s baptism came from, in their confrontation with Him in the temple while He was teaching. Jesus has a lot to tell them concerning their question to Him and their answer of where John’s baptism came from, and so He decides to talk to them in some parables, three to be exact. Today we study the first of these three parables, the parable of the two sons. What message does Jesus give these hard hearted religious guys with this parable?
