It really was. We were always outside. I can remember it at very, very young age skiing, ice skating. We had horses, we did Little Britches Rodeos in the summer time, so we were just always outside. I think that's really it. For me, it's been a very healthy work environment. It's nice to be surrounded with people that have the same values and the same goals.
