On this week's episode of David Sammel's Nugget's - Delegation, Trust, and Anxiety When delegating tasks we often think that checking up on the people we delegate to is good management when often it is only to alleviate our own anxiety and lack of trust. True delegation is allowing others to do the job how they want and accepting the outcome before diving in to “save”! Stop feeling that you can do the job better and trust that another way may well be very different but that does not necessarily mean less good. Overseeing is not delegation it is micro-management. True delegation is freedom.
