129: Intuition, Wisdom, and Growth - A Close Look at Third Eye Chakra Values

It's the second to last episode in our Chakra Values series and we're taking a look at the principles that live in the third eye chakra - intuition, wisdom, and growth. I'll also take a moment to discuss why I choose to associate personal values with each chakra. They can certainly be used apart from the chakra system but since we're using it as a framework to determine where we feel good and where we don’t, and do the deep work of determining who we want to be as humans, who have struggles and joys and want to live truthfully and authentically, it only makes sense to blend the two. I'll share with you my second most important personal value and how I came to it - how it chose me, rather than the other way around, and why.  Value work, especially when combined with chakra work, is when my life started changing in a positive direction that I could see and feel.
