129. Threads - Jesus

Welcome back to the Ridge Roundtable! In this season, we’re pulling on Threads that run from Genesis to Revelation and seeing how the Bible tells one unified story. This week, we start with the central thread: Jesus. How does all of Scripture point to Him? What do we mean by “threads” in the Bible? Is this an interpretive method, or is it something God has woven into His Word from the very beginning? We explore how Jesus is present from Genesis 3 to Revelation 5, how biblical theology helps us see the big picture, and why every promise of God finds its “Yes” in Him (2 Corinthians 1:20). Whether you’re new to studying Scripture or have walked with Jesus for years, this episode will help you see the Bible not just as an instruction manual, but as God’s unified story of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration all centered on Jesus. 📖 Key Themes: - Jesus as the thread through all of Scripture - Creation, fall, redemption, restoration - How the Old and New Testaments connect - Practical ways to read the Bible with Christ at the center Share this episode with a friend and subscribe for more conversations as we continue following the threads of Scripture throughout this season.
