Renee Dufault is an American research scientist. A former Food and Drug Administration researcher and whistleblower, who brought media attention to three separate studies that discovered mercury contained within high fructose corn syrup. Dr. Dufault is recognized as a biomedical expert in the area of heavy metal toxicity. She is considered a leading researcher in the area of epigenetics (gene-environment interactions) and has published a number of articles on autism and ADHD.
