Dan would be surprised if the Penguins don't make a move in the first round of the NHL Draft. The Penguins have the 23rd and 39th pick. Erik Karlsson being traded back to his home in Ottawa would make sense for him. Dan thinks it's 50/50 Rickard Rakell is traded but unlikely with Bryan Rust.
