If you have a special occasion coming up and want to celebrate at The Aviary... DONT. Buy a bottle of vodka and black out on your bathroom floor, it'll be a more enjoyable experience. My friends and I got a prefix menu at The Library. It came with two basic cocktails and food. The cocktails were okay but nothing better than you'd get at Moneygun or The Darling or BoozeBox. The food was criminal. Popcorn with too much truffle shaved on to make it expensive and some oysters with caviar that tasted like a big gulp of the Atlantic Ocean. All 3 of us spent THE NEXT TWO DAYS completely incapacitated by the worst food poisoning I've experienced. Certainly not what we paid for. Want a fancy cocktail? You're in west loop, go anywhere else. Lazy Bird, BoozeBox, The Darling, Momotaro, all these places cost less and wont poison you.
