Alicia Ponce is the founder and principal of APMonarch, a Chicago based architecture firm. Alicia is also the founder of Arquitina, a national 501(c)3 organization with a mission to increase the number of licensed Latina architects in the U.S. Listen in to hear about Alicia's inspirations and the work she does to support women in architecture with Arquitina.
