She then continued to leave her 10-year career as an ICU nurse and became an empty nester who set out to find herself and lead a more intentional, purpose-led life. She holds space for her clients in many ways including facilitating breath work and EFT tapping. I had a breath work session with Christian and let me tell you.. the release of emotions I felt leave my body was intense. I don't think I truly ever breathed before having this breath work session hahaha. She also tells us about her experience of doing a 10 day silent meditation retreat and how she worked through her triggers, had an alien experience, and communicated with the spirit of her grandfather.
