13 Daddy

He was a WWII Navy Pilot and successful business man, but I was his Baby Girl. I have come to understand how hard it is for people who have never had a close, loving relationship with their own  father, to see God as a trustworthy, loving Father. I even had a friend who had been abused by her father and couldn’t even accept the concept of God being taught as a masculine figure, much less as her Father. I only know that I had been blessed with a caring, loving Godly man I had the privilege of knowing as my Daddy for over 60 years.
