Summary

Sometimes we bury those bad feelings, those experiences that were somewhat traumatic. We tell ourselves its ok and that we are over it whereas; we aren't. This week had me confronting my daddy issues. Finally getting to face those feelings of absence and just giving in to the hurt and then letting it go. Life is what it is. We make the best of it and break out of the viscous cycle threatening to never end.  This episode had me a little too bare. I hope it encourages you to open up and confront your own daddy-like issues. Love, D
