#13: Even the Insecure are Lovable

How do we accept our insecurities and simultaneously evolve? How do we showcase our insecurities as a way to be more us and to create intimacy with others? In this episode, I offer a conceptual model for the role our pain and insecurities have in our lives. I explore an enhanced way to think about the power of love and the connection between insecurities and intimacy and how one actually enables the other.
