This week it is me alone, riffing on Freedom: what it means to me, what I think it means to many of you, and how I believe we can work to achieve it, even in this mixed up world right now. My working definition of Freedom: The ability to choose to do, think, say or feel anything that’s in alignment with your values + beliefs, whenever you want to, no matter what anyone else does, thinks, says or feels, and for no attempt to be made to restrict or limit you as you do so. To be able to live the life you were born to lead without exception! I would love to know yours. Let me know by commenting on the blog linked below. Until next week. I put a lot of love into these, so they feel nourishing to receive into your inbox. You can sign up to receive these from me here.
