13. Having ADHD, and Being Who You Are Meant to Be
from The Shift Podcast · host Janessa Dean
This week I interviewed my friend and colleague Ramon Flores. He talks about how he has learned to make his ADHD work for him , and not against him. He speaks of his ability to work with pediatric patients and how he learned to overcome the scariness of it. He has been a nurse for over 15 years and has been flying for the past 10 as a flight nurse. He has worked in the ER, ICU, OR, PICU, and PACU departments. He speaks on learning to never give up and go after what you feel you are the weakest in, and tackle it head on.
