Fred Foldvary received his Bachelor's from UC Berkeley and his Master's and Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University. He taught at Virginia Tech, Santa Clara University, and San Jose State. Mr. Foldvary was a research fellow at the Independent Institute and is the author of several books on economics.
