Natalie is a Clinical Psychotherapist with over 16 years’ experience. Natalie specialises in Self-Image and Nutritional Psychology. Natalie provides proven long-term strategies to help her clients to super charge their mental and metabolic health. Natalie also brings with her a 20-year corporate career background in Recruitment, Operational and Senior Level Sales Management. Natalie is sought-after educator and speaker on Self Image Conflict, Nutritional Psychology and the Power of Poor Nutrition on mental health. Natalie’s work has taken her to stages in the UK, Canada, USA, NZ and in Australia. Natalie holds qualifications in Clinical Behavioural Science and Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy, She is also qualified in the areas of: Neuro Clinical Hypnosis, public speaking, group meditation facilitation, physical & psychological conditioning and performance coaching. She also is experienced in the field of Nutritional Psychology and currently completing a qualification in Nutritional Psychiatry. Natalie also holds professional memberships with The Association of International Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
